Strikeborn Movement Guide

Movement is part of the recorded combo system: creator tutorials use side dashes and backdashes inside air routes. Current wall-jump behavior and two exact jump-pad locations have not been captured, so this page stays out of search results until those map claims can be reproduced.

Dash decisions

Use a side dash to change the approach angle or maintain the demonstrated air route. The Guts tutorial uses a backdash while preserving contact before a side-dash return. Treat those as recorded route steps, not proof that every dash has the same resource cost or invulnerability in the current build.

Ground-to-air chase

  1. Confirm the launch

Do not commit the chase until the target is visibly rising.

  2. Move with the target

Keep the target near the center of the camera while closing distance.

  3. Use one air action

Practise one readable follow-up before extending the route.

  4. Choose an early exit

End before the chase carries you into an unsafe edge, wall, or crowd.

  5. Keep a recovery

Save one movement option for the return to neutral when the route drops.
