Research-log dates describe when this site reviewed a source. They are not automatically game patch dates.
- Official observation records what a creator-controlled page displayed on that date.
- Footage transcription records readable labels and steps inside a public video, not current availability.
- Editorial change records a site decision such as merging URLs, changing an evidence label, or withholding an indexable page.
- Older article text stays in version history; it is not copied underneath every current page.
