Strikeborn Controls

Strikeborn officially lists Controller, PC, and Mobile support. Public Strikeborn footage confirms the action language used in guides—M1, moves 1–4, side dash, backdash, uppercut, downslam, backward variants, air variants, and alternate forms—but the checked public sources do not publish one complete Strikeborn-specific physical keycard. Use this page to translate guide notation, find the controls Roblox exposes on your device, and avoid copying guessed keys from another battlegrounds game.

Where to find the controls shown to your device

  1. Enter the exact SSSStudio experience with your own account.

    A copied place can expose a different HUD or no current build at all.

  2. Open the Roblox in-experience menu and select Help.

    Roblox states that this menu contains keyboard shortcuts, mouse instructions, and mobile gestures for the functions available to the player.

  3. Compare Roblox navigation controls with the Strikeborn HUD.

    Roblox Help can explain movement, camera, jumping, and device gestures. Strikeborn-specific combat actions must still come from the current HUD, settings, prompts, or a creator-controlled keycard.

  4. Change only one input device at a time.

    Connecting a controller or keyboard can change prompts and the preferred input state. Read the glyphs that appear after the device switch.

  5. Record the action, not an assumed key.

    Write side dash, move 2, or [back] move 4 until the physical input is visible in your own build.

PC

Use Roblox Help to identify navigation, camera, and other platform controls, then read Strikeborn’s current combat HUD for M1, dash, guard, moves 1–4, and alternate-form activation. Do not treat Q, F, G, Space, Shift, or a mouse button as a Strikeborn-specific fact merely because another battlegrounds game uses it.

For a written combo, translate the route in this order:

  1. Confirm the physical input that your current HUD maps to M1.
  2. Confirm which buttons correspond to move slots 1–4.
  3. Test side dash and backdash separately.
  4. Reproduce a launcher without adding the next skill.
  5. Add one directional or air condition only after the base action works.

Mobile

Mobile support is official, but the checked public sources do not expose a complete current button layout. Use the on-screen joystick, camera gestures, and Strikeborn combat buttons shown in your build. If you connect another input device, confirm that the HUD did not switch glyphs before copying a route.

For air routes:

  • move the camera before pressing the next skill when the right thumb must handle both;
  • use slot order rather than assuming the button displays a PC number;
  • practise launcher → follow → one air action before adding a fast camera turn;
  • keep the center of the screen visible instead of stacking buttons over the target.

Controller does not confirm Xbox access

A controller is an input device; it is not proof that every console can open an experience. Roblox's Robux paid-access documentation excludes Xbox. Apply that restriction only when the entry offer is Robux paid access—we have not verified Strikeborn's current checkout mode.

Before buying for a console, check both the platform availability and the purchase type. Connecting a controller to a supported PC does not establish console availability. See paid-access device rules.

Controller

Controller support is official. The exact current Strikeborn glyph map was not exposed in the checked public evidence. Use the Help menu and live HUD after the controller becomes the active input device.

For directional variants:

  • return the stick to neutral before testing the base version;
  • repeat while deliberately holding backward;
  • compare the animation before assuming the variant appeared;
  • begin a camera turn early enough that the follow-up remains visible;
  • do not convert a keyboard tutorial into a button name without a current controller prompt.

How to read a Strikeborn combo

Move 2 → side dash → 3× M1 → uppercut → turn camera → move 3

means:

  1. use the ability in slot 2;
  2. perform the movement action identified as a side dash;
  3. land three basic attacks;
  4. choose the upward launcher state;
  5. turn the camera as shown in the tutorial;
  6. use the ability in slot 3.

It does not prove which physical keys perform those actions, that the route is inescapable, or that every device has identical timing.

Why a move changes when you press the same skill

A visible move can change because the character is airborne, a direction is held, a dash state is active, or the move follows a launcher. Test variants in this order:

  1. grounded and neutral;
  2. holding backward;
  3. immediately after a side dash;
  4. airborne;
  5. immediately after a launcher.

Keep a separate result only when the animation, movement path, label, or target reaction visibly changes.

Troubleshooting

ProblemLikely causeWhat to do
A tutorial says “M1,” but no button says M1M1 is guide shorthand for basic attackIdentify the basic-attack input in your current HUD or Help menu

Frequently asked questions

What is the Strikeborn dash key?

No complete official Strikeborn keycard was found in the checked public sources. Open the current experience, use Roblox’s in-experience Help menu, and read the Strikeborn HUD shown to your device. Do not treat another battleground game’s dash key as proof.

Is F the block key in Strikeborn?

Not verified from the current official listing or a current site-owned capture. A familiar convention is not a Strikeborn-specific source.

Can I change Strikeborn keybinds?

No current remapping screen was verified. Check your current settings and any creator-controlled announcement before assuming remapping is available.

Are mobile combos different?

The intended action order can be the same, but camera control, button placement, simultaneous direction input, and timing can make a route behave differently. Use the mobile HUD and start with a shorter route.

Why does a skill use a different animation?

The game may be reading an air state, a backward direction, a dash state, or a launcher transition. Compare neutral, backward, side-dash, and airborne versions one at a time.

Where should I go next?

Read the Combat Guide to understand launcher, downslam, variants, and route status. Then use the Air Combo Guide for the two timestamped creator demonstrations.
