Strikeborn FULL SHOWCASE (Including all variants)
Vessel Sorcerer, Black Swordsman, Wild Hunter, variants and ultimates
Watch on YouTube ↗The full showcase labels this character Black Swordsman; a separate tutorial calls the character Guts. Footage shows a sword-focused base segment with directional and aerial variants, a perfect dodge label, and a Berserker ultimate segment.

Needs Retest — do not teach the old trigger as settled.
The public description of Kloqei’s newer early-access guide retracts an earlier explanation that the Guts front-dash uppercut variant activates by holding backward during the front dash. The accessible description only begins to suggest a run-dash condition and does not provide a complete reproducible replacement input.
This correction does not invalidate the separately recorded backward move-four route on this page. It only means that the front-dash uppercut trigger must remain unverified until a complete current-build demonstration shows:
Read the shared correction context and compare recorded variants.
Use the visible sword reach to learn a stable grounded confirm before testing variants.
Repeat the move-four backward variant from neutral so the direction is not discovered mid-combo.
The recorded route uses a backdash while maintaining contact, then a side-dash return.
End after the backward variant when the full movement loop would leave you exposed.
Do not assume activation, duration, or current move completeness from the segment alone.
| Claim | What the checked footage supports | What still needs a current test |
|---|---|---|
| Front-dash uppercut variant | A newer creator description retracts the hold-back-mid-dash explanation | Complete replacement trigger, device input, timing, and current reproducibility |
| Perfect dodge | A labeled interaction appears in the Black Swordsman segment | Trigger window, resource cost, consistency, and present-build behavior |
| Backward Repeater | A back variant is shown | Exact directional input and current effect |
| Air Prosthetic Arm Cannon | Air and back variants are shown | Height requirement, damage, and recovery |
| Carnage Grip | A named Berserker move appears at 04:40–04:44 | Activation, hit properties, cooldown, and current availability |

Black Swordsman route with on-screen steps
Watch on YouTube ↗The number of movement-linked variants and the tutorial’s repositioning suggest that spacing and facing are important to this route. That is an editorial inference from recorded footage—not an official role, difficulty rating, or current tier.
Do not use that as a confirmed instruction. A newer creator description explicitly retracts the hold-back-mid-front-dash explanation. The replacement condition was not fully exposed in the accessible description, so the trigger remains Needs Retest.
The full showcase uses Black Swordsman, while a separate tutorial title uses Guts. Both labels point to the same recorded evidence path here.
The showcase marks interactions around Ground Splitter, Repeater, and Prosthetic Arm Cannon, including back or air branches.
It is a named move in the recorded Berserker segment. Exact properties and current availability are not verified.
Start with 3× M1 → downslam → walk forward + next hit → [back] move 4 → reset. Add the backdash and side-dash return later.
Not proven. Choose Guts for spacing and directional practice; choose Yuji for compact confirms and Black Flash branch research.
